Hello! My name is Cynthia but better known as Coach Chi. I'm a USA Cycling Level 2 Coach and passionate cyclist riding bikes for most of my life -- including competing in XC, enduro, bike packing, mountain bike stage race, and triathlons. My current passion is mountain biking and gravel riding. I have depth of experience in coaching and training including Sports Medicine degree, yoga teacher training certification, strength and conditioning coach, and a BICP bike skills coach. My love for cycling also is a reflection of my enjoyment of training and being outdoors. I am married with four daughters and my time with them is treasured so I understand the importance of prioritizing. I work closely with my athletes to hone in on their goals and objectives (near future and long term) along with other goals and values in their life. In addition to a personalized training program, each client gets support with strength and recovery, race prep, and tips to help them balance time on the bike and time in other areas of life.
